If Your using Internet explorer, to start the chat you will need to click the bar at the top of your browser which reads: "This Website is Using A Scripted Window To Ask You For Information, Click Here To Allow Scripted Windows...." And then select "Temporarily Allow Scripted Windows".
Then you'll need to click the: "Enter Your Nickname Button". This is situated above the Bold/Capital B font button, You will then get a prompt to enter your nickname, by a pop up window. You will then be able to start chatting.
